Guideline and Compliance

The following guidelines determine the cooperation with CERT@VDE:

The confidentiality of customer data has the highest priority.

Cooperation is voluntary and can be terminated at any time.

Individual business models must not suffer from the activities of CERT@VDE.

Mutual contributions and information are intended to optimize the work processes of all members.

Information and interests of other members are protected.

The work and cooperation should serve as a model for other CERTs in other sectors.

For all participants in CERT@VDE, participation is in accordance with the Compliance Rules (Code of Conduct) of the VDE . The Code of Conduct applies, among others, to all members of bodies and all participants in committee meetings and other VDE meetings and activities, even if there is no employment relationship with the VDE. It is addressed to experts in standardization and/or standardization procedures as well as to experts in the field of technical and scientific activities.
